Deadline day is finally upon us! The summer transfer window closes its doors at 11pm tonight and plenty of Championship clubs are expected to do business right into the final minutes.

Fax machines up and down the country are whirring as managers and club officials race to seal their final moves and we will have all the Championship deadline day goings-on covered from 3pm onwards this afternoon in a special LIVE blog.

Middlesbrough are hopeful of adding Jelle Vossen and Chelsea starlet Lewis Baker to the capture of Yanic Wildschut, after the Dutch winger arrived from Heerenveen this morning. (Gazette Live)

Hatem Ben Arfa has turned down a move to Birmingham City after Newcastle United touted the unsettled Frenchman around to a host of clubs, including Turkish outfit Besiktas. (Birmingham Mail)

Derby County are eyeing a late move for Bournemouth winger Matt Ritchie and could use reported Cherries target Johnny Russell as bait in a potential swap deal. (Derby Telegraph)

Andrew Surman is also on Bournemouth's deadline day transfer radar as Eddie Howe looks to add two to his squad and a move for the unsettled Norwich City man looks likely. (Bournemouth Echo)
