Crow Nest Park’s former Senior Champion Les Holmes claimed his second Senior Major championship.
A field of 35 over 55 golfers competed in the Senior Section Championship event played on a medal format.
Holmes came out on top with a gross 71 net 63 playing off a handicap of six – though his success reduced his playing handicap from to five.
Runner-up was Paul Armitage who returned a net score of 68 playing off a 23 handicap, and in third place was the 2011 Champion, Chris Thorne, who scored a net 69 off a 19 handicap.

Division I: Winner – Trevor Pickles, 32pts off 12 handicap (Outlane), runner up: Chris Holmes, 31pts off 6 handicap (Meltham).
Division II: Winner – Roy Johnson, 34pts off 16 handicap (Meltham), runner-up – Keith Bruce, 32pts off 21 handicap (Marsden).
