JEAN GEE was the victor in the Huddersfield Ladies Merit.

The Marsh United bowler beat Dawn Jessop 21-14 in the final at Waterloo BC.

Jean defeated Linda Gledhill in the semi-finals, after beating Ann Hinchliffe by the narrowest of margins in the quarters, while Dawn overcame Hayley Jessop.
