In a repeat of last year’s showdown, the Netherton Con ace, who will now turn his attention to Sunday’s Huddersfield Merit final, beat Almondbury BC’s Andrew Hoult 21-4 to claim the title for a second successive year in the Eric Wike-sponsored event.
