Kirkwood Hospice and the Forget-Me-Not Trust will be the lucky recipients of a charity fun day at Lockwood Con on Sunday (noon).

Dougie Mellor (call him on 07759 821937) will run a there-and-back bowling competition on the green for bowlers any age, including boys and girls.

In addition there will be three artists throughout the day and evening inside the club, with the aim to raise £2,000.
