Huddersfield suffered a further loss at home to Leeds in their latest fixture in the Yorkshire Snooker League.

Leeds’ Mark Ball started off well in the opener with a run of 38, but Martyn Beck fought back to force a black ball decider, which Ball eventually took after a safety bout.

He also took the next aided by a 47 to give Leeds a 2-0 advantage.

Conrad Norcliffe couldn’t do much in either of his frames against Iain O’Brian, being shut out of both of his frames with little scoring opportunity.

The young Huddersfield captain could do nothing as Massey didn’t miss until the frame had been won.

The last frame off the evening was a much tighter affair, with Massey stealing the frame on the black to take a well-earned 6-0 win for Leeds.
