Bradley Hall’s Memorial Trophy saw John Woodhouse in strong form.

Woodhouse (10) completed his best round of the season to return an unbeatable score of 39 Stableford points.

He won the Tom Park Trophy by three shots, despite missing a two-foot putt on the last green.

In second place was Peter Hennessy (12) who also had a good  round to accumulate 36 points, closely followed by Jack Holroyd (7), the best of the 35s.

Division II was a tighter contest and new member AG Tyndall (28) came home with 40 points to take the Bill Garnett Trophy, followed by Kim Oswell with one stroke behind and J.McManus with 37.

The Memorial Trophy is an annual competition  held in memory of past members Tom Park and Bill Garnett, both of whom were tragically killed in a motorway accident in 1986.
