MOHAMED Aburezeq set a new course record of 32 minutes 28 seconds – finishing over three minutes ahead the rest of the field in the Huddersfield 10k

Second place went to Kevin Ogden of Spenborough AC as 511 runners finished the race which started at Lockwood Park.

Altrincham & District AC athlete Aburezeq led from start to finish and was awarded an additional £100 bonus prize for his achievement, on top of the winners prize of £120.
