THE Borough of Kirklees swimming club’s Synchronetts impressed in the Leeds Kingfishers synchro competition and came away with a clutch of medals to show for their efforts.

Synchronised Swimming: Borough of Kirklees Synchro team win gold in Leeds Kingfishers Competition

THE Borough of Kirklees swimming club’s Synchronetts impressed in the Leeds Kingfishers synchro competition and came away with a clutch of medals to show for their efforts.

In the Under 15 team section the Borough of Kirklees swimmers won gold – the squad including Ellen Greenwood, Anggita Gunawan, Rachel Harris, Megan Jackson, Scarlett Kaye, Olivia Roberts, Alice Scholes and Lauren Wyke.

Wyke followed that success up by partnering Jackson to win the silver medal in the Grade 3 Skill 2 section and there was also a bronze medal as Harris and Gunawan put on a strong showing in the Grade 4 Skill 3 section.
