The answer is certainly the press when it comes to Doncaster Rovers.
In a new initiative this season Rovers have been offering a delicious variety of pie to members of the media for every home game at the Keepmoat Stadium – and the offer has never been declined.
Catering company Topping’s are providing speciality pies with unusual fillings (eg rhubarb, gooseberry) not just your run-of-the-mill pork, steak and kidney etc. which have provided as many talking points as some of the matches.
So if you think the journalists waistlines seem to be bulging a little next time you’re at the Keepmoat, you now know why!
