Premier Taekwondo Club have had another 17 members achieve black belts and higher grades.

The Birkby-based organisation are the biggest World Taekwondo Federation single-site club in the UK, helping people enjoy the martial art and producing a number of British champions.

Their latest grading successes follow on from 21 students passing black belt last November.

Chief instructor at the Huddersfield club is Master Mosy (5th Dan), who helps exponents achieve gradings in addition to them getting fitter, increasing their flexibility and improving their discipline.

He said: “Whether an adult or a child enters the club for the first time they come with a desire to improve themselves.

“As a club we try to help them with their journey. I get immense pleasure from watching their flexibility, self discipline and fitness improve, but most of all I love watching the self-confidence grow in each of my students.”
