Bradley Neen crossed for a hat-trick of tries as Slaithwaite Saracens completed a Yorkshire Mens League Division III double over Leeds Akkies with a convincing 40-10 home triumph.

From the third minute the win never looked in doubt as Mathew Oldfield went over and, with Neen adding the extras, the Saracens were on their way.

Three converted tries in the last 15 minutes from Joel Hawkyard, Neen and Chris Clarke, all converted by Neen, meant the Saracens were in full control of the game and went in at half-time 24-0 ahead.

The visitors did manage to score first in the second half, but the Saracens took control again with tries from William Smith, and two more from Neen to complete his hat trick.

And with a further two more conversions, Neen wrapped up the scoring for an emphatic 40-10 triumph.
