ST JOSEPH'S are ready to play their biggest game of the season.

The Fartown-based side travel to East Hull Dragons in the quarter-final of the Yorkshire Cup tomorrow.

They will go into the game as the underdogs, with their hosts a well-respected mid-table member of the Hull and District League Premier Division.

But Pennine League First Division side St Joseph's have already shown their cup capabilities with a 12-4 triumph over last year's finalists and Pennine League Premier Division team Queensbury in the previous round.

And with St Joseph's knowing they can travel across the M62 with nothing to lose, they will relish this weekend's assignment.

It's also a massive weekend for Slaithwaite Saracens who travel to Wortley Dragons in the Pennine League Fourth Division match of the season.

The Dragons are top of the table, with eight wins from nine starts.

But if Slaithwaite triumph, they will have made it eight wins and a draw and will move one point clear at the top.

There's also a big game in the division for Underbank Rangers, who will remain in the title mix if they win at home to Sharlston, while Meltham All Blacks travel to Liversedge.

In another big clash, Moldgreen will look to strengthen their position at the top of the Division I table tomorrow.

They took over the leadership with victory over Crigglestone All Blacks a week ago, and they should prove far too strong for Westgate Redoubt, even though the game is in Wakefield.

Second Division sides Emley Moor and Newsome Panthers will be buzzing after gaining precious victories last weekend.

But they will need to continue those improvements in this weekend's games against mid-table teams.

The Panthers will be hoping to make home advantage count against Dearne Valley Bulldogs, while Moor travel to Morley Borough.

Fourth-placed Lindley Swifts are one of the form sides in Division III and will need to be at their very best to win at third-placed Selby Warriors.

Slaithwaite's second string have made a great start to their Division VI season and look set to maintain their title challenge with a home win over Grimethorpe.

St Joseph's A team are also holding their own in the division and face a good home test against Wyke A.
