Eorl Crabtree is the most notable absentee in England's squad for this autumn's World Cup.

The Giants prop, who this season made the Super League Dream Team for the first time, misses out to make way for the three Burgess brothers from South Sydney.

Huddersfield teammate Brett Ferres is also left out after playing for England against the Exiles in this summer's one-off Origin Test, although he will travel to South Africa with the rest of the squad tomorrow for pre-tournament training.

But Leroy Cudjoe is included in the squad and  looks a top bet to secure a centre berth.
