GIANTS coach Jon Sharp said that the result against London could determine our season.

It looks as though Giants will end up seventh or eighth in Super League instead of a top-six place.

Instead of signing a player past his peak, like Wayne McDonald, it should have been a top Australian player!

Frustrating

WELL, we scored the first try, well done Brad Drew, but we seemed to lack momentum.

It was frustrating listening online and we seemed to run out of steam.

I would like to see us finish in the top six, but the way we are playing, it's just going to be a pipe dream!

We need a scrum half and a couple of wingers, new signings not old has-beens. We need new young talent. Yes, we can play well and beat teams, but then we lack momentum and get beaten.

I know we can't win them all, but it would be nice to win more than we have.

Come on Giants, hold your heads up and get down to playing some good football. I feel you can do it.

Form is fading

IS Jon Sharp the only person in Huddersfield who believes that we will make the play-offs?

We have as much chance as England has of winning the Ashes!

One more win over Leigh will see us finish 10th as both Wakefield and Salford, particularly the former, are in better form than the Giants.

A change of coach has worked wonders for Trinity. One more season for Sharp.

Handed on plate

WHAT a disgrace, the Giants gave the game to London.

The defence was woeful and we had no idea what to do in attack.

Out of sorts

IT was a poor performance against London.

Our season now seems over but Jon Sharp seems to disagree.

I travelled down to London to watch a team with very little enthusiasm.

The players seemed to be playing out of position.

Tom Hemingway had a very good game with a wonderful 40-20. Then Mr Sharp took him from the field. This is very bad coaching along with some bad buys this season.

Not good enough

I FEEL that it was proved on Sunday that the Giants are not good enough to make the play-offs.

London are one of the teams that we need to beat.

After that defeat we are four points behind London and our inferior points difference, makes that an extra point.

Some serious work needs to be done in the off season.

Also, when will Mr Sharp stop using injuries as an excuse and saying we're playing well but not getting the results we deserve? Every team gets injuries at some point in the season.

As for playinng well, it's ok saying it, but how can we be playing that well every week but we still keep losing.

All the promise at the start of the season has gone. I feel that it shows we are just an average Super League team. I hope the Giants prove me wrong

High mileage

A TOP six place by the Giants is now a joke.

I spent almost 10 hours travelling to watch a team that couldn't be bothered to turn up at London on Sunday.

Single man rugby is not why I go.

Give it a go

IT is now clear that the Town squad we have is the same squad we will have come the start of the season.

I hope that we start well as we have our two biggest dangers in the first two games of the season.

I'm still very worried about the lack of a midfield general, but all told I still think we have the quality to get out of this division.

Vote for Ahmed

WE have lots of central midfielders at the moment, but Adnan Ahmed has more to his game then the others.

For me, Jacko has got to pick Ahmed and Jonathan Worthington in the middle, but Michael Collins could start the way things are looking.

Role for Carss?

I SEE Worthington, Brandon and Ahmed as our midfield with Mark Hudson as a first back-up.

I think Tony Carss will figure only if Danny Adams is out as wing back.
