THE Giants might be without a game this weekend, but the eyes of the rugby league world will still be on Huddersfield.

Both Powergen Challenge Cup semi-finals take place at our own Galpharm Stadium, and I'm looking forward to a feast of rugby.

I'll have to be careful what I say about Saturday's St Helens versus Hull tie because I have connections with both camps, having played for the black and whites and been on the coaching staff at Saints.

I thoroughly enjoyed both those phases of my career, so there's no bias in the prediction that Saints will win, especially given Hull's ongoing injury problems (I know exactly how John Kear will be feeling!)

I just think they have that bit more strength and speed, especially with Sean Long due to return to action after his hand injury, and I foresee their new coach Daniel Anderson getting an early taste of a big final.

In Sunday's match, you've got to go for Leeds to see off Toulouse.
