WE’RE ready for Wigan!

That’s the cry from England centre Leroy Cudjoe as the Giants begin the countdown to tomorrow’s top-of-the-table Super League clash at the Galpharm Stadium.

Huddersfield lost their two-point lead 12 days ago when they were beaten 27-20 by Catalan Dragons in the South of France.

But they bounced back with a 50-14 home Challenge Cup quarter-final triumph over London Broncos on Sunday.

And the 24-year-old former Newsome Panthers junior is confident they’ll build on that against Wigan.

“The key in the Cup was making sure we came up with the right response after the Catalan defeat,” said Cudjoe.

“I think we showed with our performance we did that.

“But now the challenge is to do even better against Wigan tomorrow night, and that’s exactly what we intend to do.

“We know where we went wrong against the Broncos and what we need to do to put it right. We’re looking forward to doing just that.”
