Paul Anderson has made Huddersfield Giants duo Anthony Mullally and Josh Johnson available to Batley for Sunday’s Kingstone Press Championship Grand Final against Sheffield Eagles at Leigh.
But fellow forward Jacob Fairbank will miss out after suffering a dislocated shoulder in the Bulldogs’ stunning 21-20 semi-final triumph at Featherstone Rovers last weekend.
“Bobby will undergo surgery at the end of the week, which is obviously a blow to him,” said Anderson.
“But at least he did the injury at the end of the year, rather than at the beginning, which would have meant he’d have missed a fair amount of the season.
“We have made Anthony and Josh available for (Batley coach) John Kear, he if needs them.”
