Huddersfield Giants chairman Ken Davy is confident his club’s season-ticket deals for 2015 will prove a big hit with the fans.

Under next season’s new format, Huddersfield will stage 11 home Super League fixtures at the John Smith’s Stadium, before the competition splits into the ‘Super 8s’ play-offs.

That will guarantee at least three more home fixtures – with possibly a fourth, depending on their initial finishing position after the split – with side-on seating season-tickets available in the Revell Ward and Britannia Rescue Stand for just £235 if they take advantage of the Early Bird offers available before the Saturday, November 29 deadline, which offers a saving of over £100 when compared to game-by-game prices.

On top of that, adults can pick up a season ticket for just £120 in the Fantastic Media Lower Tier behind the posts.

And with the Giants offering the lowest-priced side-on season ticket prices in Super League, Davy is sure the offers will go down well.

“We’re absolutely delighted with the deals we’re able to offer our supporters,” he said.

“And we’re particularly delighted to offer unquestionably the best value side-on seats in Super League.

“We don’t envisage making any special side-on seat offers during the course of the season (the mini-season ticket deals look like being a thing of the past), so I would urge supporters to get their tickets now and share in what we all believe will be an incredible 2015.

“Next year there will be more games, more fun and even more excitement for every supporter at every match and we want everyone to enjoy it with us.

“With more matches guaranteed next year the benefits of being a season-ticket holder will hugely outweigh paying on the day, even from the less frequent attendee.

“What is more, next year’s ticket will guarantee free entry to the possible fourth ‘Super 8s’ match, which is another exclusive benefit to holders to gain entry to the full 15 home games.

“I can’t stress enough the importance of season-ticket holders to the Huddersfield Giants, they really are the very lifeblood of this great club.

“As you know, we need to significantly increase our season-ticket support for the coming season and it’s vital as many supporters as possible commit to next year’s exciting campaign.

“We also need every occasional supporter to sign up to share the enjoyment, fun, excitement and passion that comes from being a Huddersfield Giants season-ticket holder.

“This is a new era for rugby league and the 2015 First Utility Super League season promises to be the most competitive and exciting yet, with the competition adopting the slogan ‘Every Minute Matters’, because the stakes in every game have never been higher.”

Under next year’s new system, 12 clubs will compete in Super League and will play each other home and away.

The top eight will then form the ‘Super 8s’, with the bottom four joining the top four from the Kingstone Press Championship in a separate eight-club competition. The top four from this secondary League will then be promoted into the 2016 12-team Super League.

And Giants owner Davy has made it clear he fully expects his club to be part of the elite eight-team competition.

“You can never take anything for granted in sport,” he added.

“But no-one at the Giants has given a second’s thought to not finishing out of the top eight next season.

“Our only thought is winning Super League. That’s what everyone is working towards, because it is now a realistic aim for this club.

“We proved last year by finishing top of the table for the first time in 81 years to win the Super League Leaders’ Shield that we fully deserve our place at the top table.

“These are continuing to be very exciting times for our club, and we know that excitement will continue to grow and grow.”

Other offers the club are keen to promote are discounted season tickets for Under 23s, as well as various junior packages, while Under 8s continue to gain free admission.

Fans can once again spread the cost of their payments (see the club for details)

Additional benefits include a unique membership badge for ticket holders, an invitation to an exclusive event where they can meet the Giants first team squad, reserved seating, two special merchandise discount vouchers, half-price Magic Weekend tickets, priority ticket purchasing for all high-profile fixtures, reduced entry to all Giants Scholarship and Under 19s Academy home games, free Challenge Cup entry for juniors and 25% discount on a Super League Grand Final ticket and a free scarf.
