Huddersfield Giants head coach Paul Anderson has no injuries worries as he prepares his side for their second Super 8s outing.

The Giants play their first home game of the series against Catalans Dragons on Friday looking for their opening win following a 30-22 defeat away at Wigan Warriors.

“Everybody wants to win every game in the Super 8s to try and get into the top four at the end of the season,” said Anderson.

“So the Wigan game was a missed opportunity for us.

“However, there will be other opportunities down the line and we now have got everyone else to play apart from Wigan.

“We need to take a close look at the Wigan game and see what we did well and we need to work on.

“But we now face a challenge at home against Catalans Dragons and we should go into that in fairly good shape.

“We didn’t pick up any injuries aside from the usual bumps and bruises you would expect from a game against Wigan.”
