FOUR of the Giants rising stars have been handed professional contracts.
Back-row forward George King, outside back Josh Hunt, centre Jake Connor and hooker Sam Rochford have all impressed during their time on the Giants Scholarship programme.
And Giants Player Performance manager Peter Riding is delighted to sign the players up for the future.
“It is exceptional to be signing these players,” he said.
“Every one of them has got the right temperament and skill-set to go a very long way in the game.
“What is also pleasing is that they’ve come from our scholarship programme, and as a club we’re making a concerted effort to do this.”
