We’ve said it before and we will no doubt say it again, “Oh, the joys of being a Giants’ fan”!!
At least it means that the Cup Final BBQ is on again!

Jerry Crabtree [Eorl’s Dad] will soon be braving the heights of the John Smith’s Stadium when he will be enjoying himself on the Zip Slide Challenge. Money raised will be for the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.

At the end of May, Zoe McGuiness will be taking part in the Leeds Race for Life 5k Mud Run in aid of Cancer Research UK. Sponsor Zoe at https:// www.justgiving.com/zoemcguinness/ .
Liz Atherton and her daughter Georgia will be running in Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life.

There are many more who are putting themselves through pain in order to help others, these four HGSA members are just the tip of the iceberg. [We’d like to mention Jenna Brough’s on-going magnificent achievements, but she is not a member, so, sorry Jenna, no mention!]
And let’s not forget the superb fundraising for Danny Jones. So far 6000 people have raised almost £150 000. What a true family Rugby League is.
