HUDDERSFIELD Giants are ready to unveil a new look for matchdays.
Sunday's opening home game against Warrington will see the start of many new and exciting additions to the Galpharm's `Eureka! Matchday Experience'.
One of the club's most exciting features will be a new family-orientated area, situated outside the Lawrence Batley Stand in the form of a `Giant Aireshelta'.
Within this, Eureka! staff will be on hand to perform face painting and balloon modelling, and Giants players will sign autographs for fans.
Goodie bags will also be available to the first 100 children who visit the Aireshelta after 2.00.
Socrates the Cat, the official Eureka! mascot, will entertain the crowds, and Kirklees Music School will provide live jazz as their band play to supporters as they arrive at the ground.
The Super League club also have a number of new features inside the stadium, where singers will perform and the new-look Giants cheerleading squad will spur on the team and the crowd.
And while they enjoy the entertainment, fans will be able to read the re-designed matchday programme.
They will also have the chance to win in a revamped half-time lottery draw which has reverted back to a cash prize. In previous years, the prize was VIP tickets to the Super League Grand Final.
Fireworks will light up the sky as the players run onto the pitch, while a mystery celebrity appearance is also planned for the day.
Not surprisingly, the club promise it will be an exciting occasion for all the family, hosted by the Giants' matchday compere, Steve Long and his new assistant.
Big G, the Giants mascot, as always will also be entertaining the crowd.
