SELLERS International Ltd have again pledged their support to the Giants Scholarship scheme.

The Huddersfield-based company are helping to provide the backing necessary for the Super League club to run a scheme for 20 of the game's top young players.

And the success of the Eric Sellers Scholarship speaks for itself.

During 2004, 14 scholarship pupils attended regional camp and five went on national camp.

"We're delighted with the level of success achieved by players on our scholarship scheme," said Giants football manager Stuart Sheard.

"A lot of that success has only been made possible because of the support of Sellers International.

"Their sponsorship was prompted by Eric Sellers' widow, Leny, because she knew how much the development of young sports players to reach their full potential meant to her husband.

"Leny could see that this was exactly what the Giants Scholarship scheme was all about.

"We're very pleased that Sellers have agreed to support us again."
