GIANTS Scholarship pupil Richard Lopag has been hailed as one of the best centres at his age group in the country.
Lopag and his Calderdale teammate Steven Mallas helped secure a superb 22-14 Service Area triumph over Leeds.
The win was seen as something of shock, with Leeds officials stating the duo were: "the best two Under 14s centres in the country."
And this was quickly backed up with the 30-12 win at Salford.
