HUDDERSFIELD Giants' Junior Academy side will be at full strength for Sunday's tour clash against top Australian side Wests Tigers Under 18s at Huddersfield YMCA (2.30).

It promises to be a daunting task for coach Andy Procter, right, and his side to keep their visitors at bay.

The Tigers arrive in England with a massive reputation, boasting a number of players expected to go on and make a name for themselves in the Australian NRL.

It's unlikely the tourists will field a full-strength side as they are also playing Harlequins at RAF Uxbridge tonight and then Leeds Rhinos at Headingley the following Friday.

But Giants football manager Stuart Sheard knows that whichever members of the Wests squad are in action they will provide the hosts with a massive challenge.

"Although this match will test the side to the limit, it's an excellent way to finish the season," he said.

"It will be a great experience for our players, and will give them a taste of what it's like to play against some of the best there is in Australia

"To compete against them, our boys will have to be at their very best.

"Hopefully, the Huddersfield fans will turn out in force and give the all the support they can in what promises to be this toughest of assignments."

Both sides will field 18-man teams and agreed unlimited substitutions.

Huddersfield Giants: Heeley; Gorman, Lawrence, George, Lopag; Cudjoe, Broady; Lawson, Whittaker, Roberts, Housley, Martin, Donlan. Subs: Williams, Wilson, Dobbs, McGuire, Prendergast.
