IN-FORM centre Zac McComb grabbed a hat trick of tries as Huddersfield Giants Under 19s shared in a thrilling 28-28 Academy draw with Wakefield Trinity Wildcats at Laund Hill.
The Wildcats held a narrow 16-12 interval advantage, but coach Chris Thorman’s side were able to fight back to share the spoils and make it one win, draw and defeat in their opening three games.
As well as McComb’s three tries, others were scored by wingers Jordan Higo and Elliot Gorman.
Jack Miller completed the scoring by landing four goals.
