Huddersfield look to make it back to back wins at Lockwood Park as they host Stourbridge following their impressive win against Leicester Lions in National League II.

The 27-23 victory moved Field up to 12th in the table with three wins and four losses while Stourbridge are in the top half despite having a similar record.

The team from the Midlands sit in seventh and their record currently stands at three wins, one draw and three losses – but they have claimed four bonus points compared with Huddersfield’s one.

However, a Huddersfield victory against Stourbridge can put them in touching distance and head coach Gareth Lewis said: “We’ve had good results against them in the past.

“We beat them away last season and I think it was our first home win last season as well.

“We have back to back home games which is quite significant. We need to get two wins on the bounce.

“I know they’ve bought a whole new raft of players in over the summer so they’re a little bit of an unknown quantity, but they’re always a strong side.”
