Lisa Head
CAPTAIN Lisa Head was deployed to Afghanistan on 27 March, 2011 in the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (OED) Regiment. On 18 April 2011, Captain Head was critically injured dealing with an Improvised Explosive Device. She tragically died from the injuries sustained. Her funeral was held at St Peter's Church, Huddersfield on May 6, 2011.
