Wine stars at Tech show

FASHION STUDENTS from Huddersfield Technical College will be showing their creations in a charity show on Friday, June 29, at 7.30pm.

The show, in Huddersfield Town Hall, will include scenes of millinery, theatre costume, textile art and ethnic fashion.

Four stars from the popular BBC Last Of The Summer Wine series will be joining students on the catwalk. They are Jean Fergusson (Marina) Tom Owen (Compo's son), Gordon Warmby (Wesley) and Sarah Thomas (Glenda).

The show will also feature a short performance by theatre group Full Body and The Voice.

Tickets for the event are £5.50 each (£4 concessions) from the college.
