STARS of TV's Last of the Summer Wine became catwalk entertainers last night.

They modelled outfits in the Huddersfield Technical College fashion show at Huddersfield Town Hall.

Sarah Thomas, who plays Glenda, wore an elegant silver evening dress and feather boa.

Juliette Kaplan, who plays Pearl, wore a leopard print shirt dress and straw hat, and danced to Eye of the Tiger.

A dapper looking Tom Owen, who plays Compo's son Tom, wore a striped cricket jacket by Carl Stewart of Huddersfield.

Jean Ferguson, who plays `Mighty Marina', arrived to the tune It's Raining Men, wearing a flowing dress.

After the show Jean Ferguson said: "We really enjoyed it. It is the third year I have taken part.

"I do it to support the college and also the charities Kirkwood Hospice and the breast clinic appeal."

The stars were part of a dazzling show created by students from the Technical College.

Actors from the disabled people's theatre group Full Body and The Voice modelled fluorescent streetwear and an upbeat salsa-inspired finale rounded off the show.
