Join in with collective name game

I WAS looking at one of those lists of collective names.

You know, like a troop of baboons and a colony of ants.

Some of them were extremely apt. An obstinacy of buffalo, for instance.

I mean, you try to get them to move when they don’t want to.

And a mob of emus would have everybody running after what just one did to Michael Parkinson.

So I started to think of a few of my own.

Like a gravy train of politicians; an avarice of lawyers; an apoplexy of football managers; a scandal of gossip writers; an inebriation of journalists.

Mine are a bit obvious. Can you do better?
