Li is so alarming

A CHAP called Li Xuedong caused traffic chaos in China when he shouted because people thought his voice was an air raid alarm.
It happened when he was demonstrating his talent at the opening ceremony of a new building.
“With one shout more than 60 cars on the street suddenly came to a stop, causing traffic chaos,” he said.
Now he is being employed to tour China to promote the Beijing Olympics.
The former teacher is now a professional shouter and practises twice a day in closed rooms.
He has a personal record of 120 decibels, which cannot, by any stretch of the imagination, be good for his health and hearing.
“To hire me to shout on business occasions I won't work for less than £150,” he said.
“How much?”
“About half past two.”
Still, with a script to read from his talent must be useful to someone.
Perhaps, now that a certain MP has been dumped by his Cheeky Girl, Li could stand in the middle of Trafalgar Square and shout for a replacement.
“Lembit Opik wants new girlfriend. Intention publicity, possible marriage. Must be fit.”
Now girls, don’t all rush at once.
