What next from this breed apart?

FIRST we learn of a developer from the North East anonymously giving hundreds of thousands of pounds to the Labour party, now, a man from the same area staging his death and hiding in a bed sit for five years unbeknown to anyone other than his wife.

Is it the air up there or are they just a breed apart?

Things usually happen in threes, so I will be interested to hear of the next revelation from that part of the world.
