    IN last week’s paper there were some errors. The panther brooch was cut off the photo. The Boy Scouts luged, not lugged, down a plastic track. When we threw stones at bottles and pots it should have said: ‘Unfortunately we missed a lot of Clarice Cliff stuff’, not ‘Fortunately’. I hate Clarice Cliff pots along with Whitefriars glass and I don’t like Troika pottery either. Gaudi makes me gip, sticking broken tiles everywhere like an economy plumber. He inspired my mother-in-law to stick Polyflla bits of broken tiles on bottles to make lamp bases. Read
