HERE’S wishing Karen Dineen well as she takes over as head of fundraising at West Yorkshire Forget Me Not Trust.
She arrives at a time when the charity has collected a record £100,000 in donations in a single month.
The aim is admirable – to build a children’s hospice and respite centre in Brackenhall.
Planning permission has been granted, but there’s still some time to go before the project gets off the drawing board.
