THE £6,500 electricity bill sent to the Sykes family in Lindley was an obvious error – once the recipients had picked themselves off the floor.
And the same goes for the £90m demand sent earlier to a mother of two in Cambridge.
Both bills came from power giant npower, whose customers will wonder what’s going on with bills where a mistake is not so obvious.
