A REPORT today reveals that more than a third of parents worry that their children will still be at home in their mid-30s.

Many despair that their offspring will ever be able to afford a home of their own.

If nothing else, it also shows that Margaret Thatcher’s right-to-buy scheme for council house tenants was a disaster.
