Timing is essential

BY most accounts, the UK is sailing dangerously close to a recession.

Unemployment is set to soar, rises in oil and food bills show no signs of slowing down and house prices are expected to keep falling.

Many people think we are talking ourselves into it – but the scenario does seem dangerously close to the dark days of the early 1990s.

But, as the old saying goes, you don’t get anywhere if you don’t try.

And there’s lots of help for those attempting to try.

And one day the economy will start to find its feet again.

It will be best to be prepared for when it does.
