Feral children

FIRST impressions are important.
So it is very sad that 17-year-old Emily Reynolds was set on by a gang of yobs on the first day she stepped foot in Huddersfield.
Let’s get this straight – her attackers were aged 14 to 16, wearing masks and out on the street causing trouble at nine o’clock at night on a Sunday.
Not only are they feral children, but they are also the victims of very bad parenting.
No community should live in fear because of the antics of a small group of people and we hope the book is thrown at them if they are caught.
