BIG Brother comes to an end on Channel 4 tonight.

Will it be Mikey or Sara who takes the crown? Or even Rachel?

Fewer viewers than ever have cared this year, raising the question: Where does the programme go next?

It seems the great British public has finally lost interest after the umpteenth season of this reality TV pioneer.

Don’t bet on it coming back next year.
