TODAY we publish new photographs of August’s rioting in Huddersfield.

Many of the rioters themselves are not that clear but the clues are there to their identity such as distinctive clothing or two of three together.

The police have also provided images of the devastation inside the Homestart family centre in Dalton that was firebombed. It does what it says – helps families – but the troublemakers paid no heed to that.

The police say the community has already rallied round to provide some great information which has helped lead to dozens of arrests already.

Rioting strikes at the very heart of communities putting livelihoods and even lives at risk, not to mention enhancing the fear of crime in an area.

People have already shown they will not tolerate it by helping the police.

Let’s hope these photographs keep that going and the arrests continue.
