IT’S get tough time on the bad dog owners and as with harsh plans like the one now put forward by Kirklees Council the majority suffer because of the minority.

Many people are responsible dog owners who clean up after their pets but there will always be those who are too lazy to do so or simply just don’t care about the mess their dogs leave behind.

Now Kirklees Council plans to ban hundreds if not thousands of people from their usual dog-walking haunts and wants to give 400 council staff the power to hand out penalty notices.

Many people will now be severely restricted as to where they can walk their pets.

But they know who to blame.
