A FEW years ago I bought a box of books at Colne Valley Auctions in Slaithwaite. Included was a book entitled “Lesser Fleas”. Inside the book I found cuttings from an Examiner in 1953. They give information about the author G R H Ellis, who lived and worked in the Colne Valley. I wonder what became of him, and did he write more books?
