Another blast for BT

YES, I’m another victim of BT’s billing, being penalised by being charged £4.50 on top of my bill. All because I don’t pay by direct debit.

I’m a prompt payer of all my bills and how I choose to pay is down to me! Have rung BT to complain and got nowhere. Disgruntled and looking for cheaper option.
