MAY I thank the residents of the Almondbury and Lepton ward for their turn-out and support in last Thursday’s election.

I would particularly like to thank the people that offered me and my golden labrador Maisie refreshments as I delivered the election address across the ward.

I look forward to seeing you in the next few weeks and months.
