WITH reference to Clr Khan’s view that the Chinese State Circus committed “an act of sheer vandalism.”

I think that is a bit OTT. Does he not believe in “circumstances beyond their control”? I find it very difficult to see how Clr Khan could have done a better job; maybe he could have controlled the weather.

Surely it is just one of those things! Instead of complaining about something that was an act of nature just move on and fix the problem.
