IT promises to be one of the highlights of the season when Aled Jones joins New Mill Male Voice Choir in concert later this year.
Get the date of October 4 in your diary, for that is when the charismatic Welsh singer will return to Huddersfield Town Hall for an evening of solo and choral music.
There’s understandably much excitement among choir ranks at sharing the stage with a singer whose vocal talents are matched by the warmth of his personality.
Tickets for the concert are expected to be available next month and will range in price from £15 to £35.
Special sponsored packages will be available for group bookings and these will include advertising, interval refreshments and souvenir programmes.

And for a taste of what to expect from the New Mill men why not join them on Saturday next week when they sing at St Paul’s Hall in Huddersfield in a concert alongside Lindley Band.
They will both be full of the Joys Of Spring and their concert begins at 7.30pm. Tickets are £6 and £8.
