Come follow the band — and Brian Conley — as the circus comes to Leeds Grand Theatre.

Hit musical Barnum will parade into the city in April, starring TV star Conley as Phineas T Barnum, the man called 'America's greatest showman'.

Cameron Macintosh's colourful production will see circus performers both on stage and in the audience, accompanied by the show's popular songs including Colours of My Life, Come Follow the Band and There's a Sucker Born Ev'ry Minute.

The musical follows the life and dreams of Barnum as he chases the spotlight and the crowds, before teaming up with James A Bailey to create the Barnum and Bailey Greatest Show on Earth.

Alongside Brian Conley, the show will star Broadway and West End star Linzi Hateley as Chairy, Kimberly Blake as Jenny Lind, Mikey Jay-Heath as Tom Thumb, Landi Oshinowo as Joice Heth, and John Stacey as Ringmaster/ Bailey.

The circus comes to Leeds Grand Theatre from Tuesday April 14 to Saturday April 25.
