WORK by students from Batley School of Art has gone on show in Mirfield.
Nine students from the first year foundation photography degree course are showing their work at the West Yorkshire Print Workshop.
The exhibition is for the students’ latest module, Visual Communication, for which they have been creating images around the topic of Colour Theory.
The group were inspired by a visit to the Colour Experience (formerly the Colour Museum) in Bradford.
They have been working with a screen printing teacher to transfer some of their own images on to the Screens to print them.
The students have also made a selection of handmade books to display some of their photographs.
The nine presenting work are Sarah Clarke, Mel France, Katy Holmes, Gemma Jackson, Erin Moore, Hannah Whitehead, Leona Wilson, Ryan Yates and Thomas Young.
The exhibition runs until July 15.
